This is a project to design the Urban Nest e-commerce website, offering luxury yet affordable furniture through an AI-powered, fully responsive platform that ensures a smooth, personalized shopping experience on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Urban Nest’s business relied mainly on offline showrooms in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, limiting its ability to reach potential customers in other regions across Vietnam. As shopping behaviors rapidly shift toward e-commerce, the brand needs to digitally transform to stay relevant and competitive.
Goal
The goal is to create an e-commerce platform that not only addresses the existing challenges but also differentiates Urban Nest in the market — achieving a balance between business goals and user needs.

Target Audience
Urban Nest targets individuals aged 25 to 45 with medium to high income in Vietnam who are seeking a balance between luxury style and affordable pricing.

👉 AR preview or room visualization isn’t used by furniture brands.
👉 Users sometimes forgets passwords, which disrupts the shopping flow.

Conclusion
Due to time limitations, this case study focused on addressing two key findings: enhancing product discovery through AI-driven recommendations and improving account access flow.
Other insights, such as the AR visualization feature, will be explored in the next phase to further elevate the shopping experience.
